The Carlingford Oyster Company Partners with BIM for Aquaculture Planning Programme

The Carlingford Oyster Company (today Wednesday 17 April 2013) launched its new brand and website  at the  Irish Shellfish Association’s annual conference in Galway after  it successfully completed  BIM’s aquaculture planning programme.

Speaking at the launch of his company’s new brand and website, Kian Louet- Feisser of The Carlingford Oyster Company said:

Our new brand and website capture and communicate the story of the quality-led process which generates over two million oysters annually. When customers visit our new website they can now understand how we can deliver a quality seafood product that not only meets, but exceeds  their requirements and expectations.”

The Carlingford Oyster Company  is one of Ireland’s most established  and successful seafood producers. It produces over 35,000 oysters per week for the domestic and UK wholesale and restaurant markets. For over a decade, the company has been a preferred seafood supplier for the celebrated UK chef and restaurateur, Rick Stein and for his renowned The Seafood Restaurant. More recently The Carlingford Oyster Company has become one of only a handful of seafood suppliers selected by London’s celebrated Bentley’s and The Ivy restaurant. The family-owned company currently employs twelve people.
