EU Directive on Public Sector Information

The Regulation on the Re-Use of Public Sector Information 2005 S.I. No. 279 of 2005 encourages all Member States to promote the re-use of public sector information and expects that, by harnessing its potential, European businesses and citizens will contribute to economic growth and job creation.
