Mr. Jason Whooley, CEO of BIM briefed Mr. Keohane on the current state of the Irish Seafood Sector and Dr. Susan Steele, BIM’s Innovation Coordinator and her team showcased some of the new and innovative seafood products and fish counter ideas that are currently being developed through the centre.
