Our Seafood Development Centre is hosting its first annual series of workshops bringing together experts in innovation from all areas of food industry.

The series of five workshops includes:

• Wed 19 September: Driving Profit Through Innovation
• Fri 12 October: Innovative Packaging and Equipment for Seafood
• Tue 06 November: Innovative Ingredients for Seafood
• Tue 20 November: Innovative Smoking Technologies for Seafood
• Wed 12 December: Seaweed Innovation

Venue: Seafood Innovation Hub in Clonakilty, Co. Cork
Cost: €50 per workshop or attend all five for €150 (lunch and coffee included)
