Provide yourself and your staff with a range of recipes to drive sales and assist your customers. In this workshop we showcase a range of delicious seafood dishes, including chowders, pies and family favourites. 

Cork: Wednesday 11 February in BIM’s Seafood Development Centre, Clonakilty

Dublin: Tuesday 14 April in BIM Office, Crofton Road, Dun Laoghaire

Time: 9.00am – 2.00pm

Cost:  €50 per participant to include lunch and all recipes in digital format for use in your business
