The company specialises in supplying Brown Crab to international markets. The company is passionate about protecting the local environment which is the lifeblood of their business. Two key priorities for Shellfish Ireland this year were to reduce diesel consumption and water usage and they were successful with diesel consumption reduced by 10,200 litres per year and water usage by 25,000 m3
