Martin Shanahan, renowned seafood chef, author and broadcaster, treated the five finalists of the Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) Young Fishmonger 2015 competition to a masterclass in seafood cookery in BIM’s Seafood Development Centre, Clonakilty on the 11th November, 2014.

Martin is the guest speaker at the upcoming prize-giving ceremony which takes place on Monday 24th November in the Radisson Blu Hotel, St Helen’s, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.
