Martin Shanahan, well known chef and proprietor of Fishy Fishy in Kinsale has joined forces with Paul Flynn, also a well known TV chef from the Tannery restaurant, Waterford in a new series called ‘Martin and Paul’s Surf and Turf’. The eight part series is supported by BIM and is due to air on RTE 1 on the 4th July at 8.00pm.

The series features well known TV chefs Martin Shanahan and Paul Flynn touring Ireland meeting some of our fantastic seafood and meat producers with a cook off between the two chefs at the end of each programme.
