BIM and EI Announce Seafood Management Development Programme to assist Seafood Companies to Drive Growth

Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) and Enterprise Ireland are pleased to announce a series of workshops on strategy development workshops in April and May.

Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) and Enterprise Ireland are pleased to announce a series of workshops on strategy development workshops in April and May.

The aim of the half day workshops is to support the development of management capabilities within the seafood processing sector, providing tools and methodologies to achieve growth.

Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon, a leading business and financial advisor company will deliver the workshops and act as mentors to the attending businesses. As part of the programme, companies will be required to undertake a strategic review of their business to support and implement key learning’s from the programme.

It is recommended that companies attend both workshops to get the full benefit of the programme.

Dates and Times

The first two modules will run Wednesday 29th April 2015 & Wednesday 27th May 2015, from 9.00 am – 1.00pm.

Crowne Plaza Hotel, Northwood, Dublin.

Cost

€75 (non-refundable) per workshop per Client Company. To attend both workshops a discounted fee of €125 is available.
