Who is this Programme for

Persons working in the seafood industry or public service.

Duration

This course is delivered over 3 days.

 

Training Methodology

3-day course in which the students participate in live fire exercises and apply their training in the correct use of their equipment.

 

Certification

STCW Fire Prevention and Firefighting Certificate.

 

Entry Requirements

Working in the seafood industry or public service.

Either a Doctors certificate to say they are fit to undertake the course or a valid Seafarers Medical Certificate ENG11.

 

Progression

This course is mandatory for a learner to complete a Second-Hand Limited or Second-Hand Full Certificate of Competency

 

Assessment

Continual assessment and written exam.
