Governance Policies

BIM expects the highest standards of ethical behaviour and moral standards from all staff and others who transact business with BIM. The Board, CEO and senior leadership team in BIM is committed to preserving the highest standards of honesty, transparency, probity and accountability, and recognises that staff play a key role in achieving these aims. BIM does not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form and has a zero-tolerance policy in relation to bribery, corruption, fraud and other wrongdoing.

The overall responsibility for this policy rests with the Board of BIM and the responsibility for the implementation of the policy is delegated the Director of Corporate Services. The anti-bribery, corruption, fraud and theft policy below sets out a process by which staff can report fraud, corruption or suspected fraud, corruption or wrongdoing.
