Seafood Graduate Programme

The BIM Seafood Graduate Programme is designed to strengthen career pathways and professional development within Ireland’s seafood sector.

BIM works in collaboration with third-level institutions which provide graduates with relevant academic training in fields such as food science, business, marketing and environmental engineering.

Through a formal recruitment and interview process, successful graduates are placed within BIM to contribute their expertise to key projects. Their roles support innovation, new product development, business strategy and environmental sustainability.

The programme builds a skilled workforce and promotes enterprise development and long-term industry growth. Ultimately, the initiative enhances competitiveness in the seafood sector while offering graduates valuable hands-on experience and clear career progression opportunities.

Third-level institutions are invited to apply for participation in BIM’s Graduate Programme through an open application process. Further information on the process and application form are available below.
