Lifejacket Safety Awareness

BIM promotes safety at sea with an emphasis on the correct use of lifejackets in our ongoing campaign to help save lives at sea.

Our safety team of regional officers, located around the coast, provide hands on professional guidance in the correct wearing, care and maintenance of lifejackets as well as advice on safety at sea.
