These courses are designed to raise standards in food quality, health & safety, customer service and hygiene. Our Advanced Fish Quality Assessment Course will teach you how to use Torry and QIM schemes to assess the quality and freshness of seafood.
And of course the special additional skills you learn along the way – the preparation and presentation of French style shellfish platters for instance - will give you a competitive edge that's just hard to beat.
Our induction training in food safety has an emphasis on cold chain management and specific seafood hazards. BIM delivers this course on behalf of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI).
