Martin Shanahan, renowned seafood chef, author and broadcaster, treated the five finalists of the Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) Young Fishmonger 2015 competition to a masterclass in seafood cookery in BIM’s Seafood Development Centre, Clonakilty on the 11th November, 2014.

The finalists have already been extensively judged with in-depth visits to their respective shops to assess their knowledge of seafood, their understanding of quality issues, skills, techniques and customer service.
Martin is the guest speaker at the upcoming prize-giving ceremony which takes place on Monday 24th November in the Radisson Blu Hotel, St Helen’s, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.
