Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act enables you to obtain access to official information held by BIM, consistent with the public interest and the right to privacy of individuals.

We will work with you informally to provide you with the information you may require however, to apply for records held by BIM under the act you must make an official request.

    • BIM's annual report contains the organisations financial statements amongst a wide range of other financial details.

    • Members of the Board of BIM receive remuneration in respect of their membership of the Board. Some reasonable expenses for e.g. travel to meetings are also claimed by Board members.
